Payments
If a booking is made six weeks or more before the tenancy is due to start it must be accompanied by a deposit of one third of the rent. If a booking is made less than six weeks before the start of the holiday, the full rent must be paid at the time of booking. Once the booking is accepted in writing, the tenants are liable for balance of the payment of rent, plus any additional charges, six weeks before the start of the tenancy. The deposit is non-refundable. We are not registered for VAT and no tax is payable by tenants. Payment may be made by cheque, postal order or cash by registered post.
Cancellation
If cancellation of booking is made six weeks or more before the tenancy is due to start, the balance will not be charged. If cancellation is made less than six weeks before the start of the holiday, the balance is payable in full.
Damage to Properties
The tenant is liable for the full cost of any damage to or within the properties during the letting.
